Accordingly, the brigade assigned working groups to each area, especially key areas, to focus on clearing mud at the commune People's Committee headquarters, schools, medical stations and inter-village roads, helping localities to quickly stabilize operations again. Many schools were deeply flooded, with 20-30cm thick mud, which was cleaned up by officers, soldiers, students, teachers and local organizations.

In addition, in some remote areas, residential areas were isolated, roads were flooded and slippery, making it difficult for civilian vehicles to access, especially relief teams. Brigade 957 used specialized vehicles to deliver relief goods to each household, ensuring that all gifts reached the right recipients.
Along with that, the brigade also supported reinforcing people's houses, moving belongings, and bracing public works to respond to storm No. 15, which is forecast to directly affect Khanh Hoa .

Since the 19th, the brigade has mobilized more than 400 officers and soldiers, 12 specialized cars, hundreds of life jackets, life buoys and many rescue equipments, supporting the people and local authorities. The unit has evacuated hundreds of people to safe places, cleaned up 4 People's Committee headquarters, 10 schools, 4 medical stations, nearly 5km of inter-village roads; built nearly 300m of dike to prevent overflow. In addition, the brigade has supported hundreds of meals, thousands of gifts of necessities, 210 bottles of clean water, 900 new clothes... with a total value of nearly 220 million VND.

The Brigade and the Women's Union of the unit coordinated with Richlands Real Estate Office and other donors to present 270 gifts with a total value of 340 million VND. Each gift included 1 million VND, 10 kg of rice and clothes to people in the communes of Dien Khanh, Dien Dien and Tay Nha Trang ward.
Currently, the brigade's forces are continuing to support people in overcoming damage caused by floods and are ready to respond to storm No. 15.
