The peak emulation period focuses on the following contents and targets: Strengthening education and propaganda work on the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the importance of the 14th National Congress of the Party; organizing the study and implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; building a regular routine, observing discipline, ensuring political security, social order and safety; performing the task of building national defense works to ensure quality, progress and absolute safety; reforming military administration, innovation and digital transformation; organizing effective commemorative activities.

The competition takes place from November 20, 2025 to January 30, 2026.

Agencies and units signed the emulation covenant.

Speaking at the emulation launch, Colonel Tran Thuc, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the 83rd Engineer Brigade, requested Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to strengthen leadership, direction, and organize emulation closely and seriously; focus on building cadres and soldiers with good responsibility, high determination, and correct emulation motivation, to successfully complete all set goals and tasks.

Awarding groups and individuals with good achievements in rescue work, helping people overcome flood consequences.

On this occasion, the Party Committee and Command of the 83rd Engineer Brigade briefly reported on the results of the rescue mission, supporting people to overcome the consequences of floods and storm No. 13; and presented certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with good achievements.

Accordingly, the 83rd Engineer Brigade mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers along with vehicles, materials, food and provisions to rescue and help people during and after the flood receded; at the same time helping people overcome the consequences of storm No. 13. The Brigade was commended and rewarded by the Standing Party Committee and the Navy Command.
