The flood water of the Red River is gradually receding. The receding water leaves behind waste, raising concerns about the risk of disease for many Hanoi residents.
Over the past few days, the flood water on the Red River has risen, causing garbage to float into the houses of residents in Phuc Xa ward, Ba Dinh, near Long Bien market.
