Flash floods cause casualties and serious damage in Bac Kan

Urgent information from the leader of Dong Phuc Commune People's Committee, Ba Be District said that heavy rain from last night to early this morning caused terrible flash floods in Tan Luot village. The consequences resulted in the deaths of 2 people: Mr. Ng.VB and Ms. DTM (both residing in Tan Luot village).
