Regarding invitation to participate in the preliminary selection of categories:

“Selecting a location/ground operator to provide passenger transport services by car at Phu Bai International Airport (3rd time)”

Pursuant to Decision No. 114/QD-CHKQTPB dated May 26, 2025 of the Director of Phu Bai International Airport on approving the Pre-qualification Invitation Document and Bidding Document, Plan for selecting the item: "Selecting the unit to exploit the location/premises to provide car transportation services at Phu Bai International Airport (3rd time)";

Phu Bai International Airport announces the plan to organize the preliminary selection of partners providing passenger transport services by car at Phu Bai International Airport, ensuring the provision of quality services. The selection plan is as follows:

1. Time

- Issuance of pre-qualification invitation documents: from 15:00 on May 29, 2025 - to 15:00 on June 5, 2025.

- Deadline for submitting pre-selection application and depositing selection guarantee: Before 15:00 on June 5, 2025.

2. Place of issuance of Pre-qualification Invitation Documents and submission of Pre-qualification Application Documents

Units wishing to participate can receive the Preliminary Invitation Document (free of charge) directly at the Finance and Planning Department (2nd Floor, Port Office - Phu Bai International Airport, Group 10, Phu Bai Ward, Huong Thuy Town, Hue City).
