Masterise Homes starts construction of Lien Phuong road connecting The Global City with the East of Ho Chi Minh City

Masterise Homes and partners have officially started construction of Lien Phuong Road, the access road and bridge across Rach Muong Kinh Canal connecting traffic with the main axis to Rach Chiec National Sports Complex.

This morning, October 10, 2024, Masterise Homes and partners officially started construction of Lien Phuong Road, the access road and bridge across Rach Muong Kinh Canal connecting traffic with the main axis to Rach Chiec National Sports Complex.

This project marks an important step in connecting Lien Phuong Street to Mai Chi Tho and Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue, opening up a seamless connection between The Global City and the East, gradually completing traffic and connecting regional infrastructure.

The project is expected to create momentum for commercial traffic, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, creating beauty, urban embellishment of the area as well as Thu Duc City and most importantly, increasing the connectivity of The Global City to increase value for investors in this project.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Vo Tri Anh, Deputy General Director and Director of Masterise Homes Design Division, said that the project's starting point intersects with The Global City project and its end point connects with Lien Phuong road connecting to Mai Chi Tho and Vo Nguyen Giap avenue.

The project has a total length of about 660m, a single axle design load of 10 tons, a design speed of 60km/h, and a roadbed width of 60m. The project is expected to be completed and technically opened to traffic in early 2025.

Lien Phuong Road is one of the main traffic routes in Thu Duc City, helping people to travel straight from An Phu Ward to the wards: Phuoc Long B, Phu Huu, Long Truong, Truong Thanh and vice versa. In particular, the Lien Phuong road section through the center of The Global City project has now been completed with 6 lanes according to standards.

When this Lien Phuong road is completed, it will help Masterise Home's The Global City connect directly with Thao Dien area as well as neighboring areas quickly. Thereby, it will support the increase of commerce and economy for this place and surrounding areas, while contributing to supporting the need for inner-city travel in Thu Duc City in a safer and more convenient way instead of people having to follow the highway ramp and join the branch roads with heavy traffic from large motor vehicles.

It is expected that after starting the construction of Lien Phuong Road, Masterise Homes will continue to complete the infrastructure, landscape, develop internal facilities such as musical water canal, commercial center, school, and launch a new subdivision.
