The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has decided to use the logo of author To Minh Trang (Hanoi) for official use in propaganda activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
The logo design uses the main image of President Ho Chi Minh reading the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on September 2, 1945 at the historic Ba Dinh Square, using graphic language depicting blocks and strong contrasting light, expressing the sacred atmosphere, profound meaning and joy of the entire nation on Independence Day.
The logo is red, representing the patriotic tradition of the Vietnamese people through thousands of years of building and defending the country. Red is the sacred flag color, the color of heroic fighting spirit, the color of the will for independence and freedom.

The logo contains the dates August 19 and September 2, 1945-2025, two important milestones, highlighting the significance of the successful August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2), a series of important historical events of the country, designed in a balanced layout with the combination of the image of the microphone on Ba Dinh Square ( Hanoi ), where President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, creating a solid unified block of the logo, showing the longevity of the nation.
The logo background is a fluttering red flag with a yellow star, the number 80 is animated, representing the meaning of 80 years of the country's glorious, proud, and developing journey, steadily entering a new era - the era of national growth.
The logo approved by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will be officially used in propaganda activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests organizations and individuals to use this logo according to the correct design specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
