Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh - Deputy General Director of Communications & Marketing of Tan A Dai Thanh Group and Standing Deputy General Director of MEYGROUP shared: “Rivea Hanoi is MEYGROUP's next project in the capital city, developed with the orientation of creating a luxurious, integrated, and sustainable complex. The project boasts a diverse system of amenities, from education , commerce, entertainment to ecological spaces, fully meeting the needs of residents of all generations. We expect Rivea Hanoi to contribute to raising the standard of living in South Hanoi - where residents can settle down and fully enjoy the value of a well-planned, high-quality, and closely connected living space.”

Representatives of the construction contractors also affirmed that they will mobilize maximum resources, ensure the implementation progress, strictly adhere to technical and safety standards, and meet the quality requirements set by the investor, MEYGROUP.

Rivea Hanoi is MEYGROUP's second project in Hanoi, developed under the philosophy of "Pure Real Estate" with three core values: ecology, freshness, and connectivity. The project boasts access to a large-scale green space with the 15-hectare Vinh Hung Park and expansive views of the Red River, offering rare ecological breathing spaces amidst Hanoi's increasingly congested urban landscape, setting it apart from existing inner-city projects.

Located on Vinh Hung Street, Rivea Hanoi boasts a prime location with quick access to the Hoan Kiem district, the Old Quarter, and many major commercial and administrative hubs of Hanoi. Situated at the intersection of Hai Ba Trung and Hoang Mai districts and with direct access to Ring Road 2, it significantly reduces travel time for residents to hospitals, schools, and key shopping centers.

Rivea Hanoi collaborates with reputable international partners: AEDAS for architectural and interior design consultancy, Belt Collins for landscape design, YD Illumination for lighting solutions development, Codinachs for low-rise architectural design consultancy, and CBRE for operational management consultancy, guaranteeing project development standards in accordance with international norms.

The project is planned on an area of 29,853 m², developed into a luxury complex with three subdivisions including high-rise, low-rise, and school areas, fully meeting the functions of residential, educational, and commercial living. Among them, Rivea Residences – the high-rise subdivision – is a prominent highlight with its iconic twin towers, connected by the Origin Bridge on the 35th floor. The twin tower architecture, designed by AEDAS (Singapore), features soft curves and curved glass facades that reflect light, clearly conveying the "flow" spirit of the project.

The Rivea Hanoi luxury complex is fully planned to include residential, commercial, and educational facilities.

Rivea Hanoi boasts over 50 indoor and outdoor amenities, fully meeting the living, relaxation, and connection needs of multi-generational residents: Party room, 50m long year-round swimming pool with salt electrolysis technology, family cinema, private 3D golf room, Business Lounge, Co-working space… creating a high-class living environment that balances relaxation, emotions, and community.

Rivea Hanoi is a rare project located in the inner city area that boasts comprehensive investment, including 4 levels of smart underground parking, 12 luxury elevators, a 5-layer security system, and double-layered Low-E glass with superior sound and heat insulation capabilities. The project is developed according to the EDGE green building standard, focusing on the use of sustainable materials and optimizing natural light.

The emergence of Rivea Hanoi is expected to add to the supply of luxury housing, shaping a new standard of living for South Hanoi – an area experiencing rapid urbanization but still lacking high-end projects of comparable caliber. With a long-term vision and a sustainable development orientation, MEYGROUP expects Rivea Hanoi to be not only a place to live, but also the starting point for a modern, refined, and inspiring lifestyle.
