TasteAtlas recently announced the top 100 most delicious dishes in Vietnam. In this list, there are many dishes familiar to Vietnamese people, but their rankings sometimes surprise many people.
Each diner has their own delicious dishes.
Not to mention, TasteAtlas does not announce who the voters are or how many votes they have.
Therefore, the ranking of this site is for reference only and is considered an opportunity to summarize the richness and diversity of Vietnamese cuisine .
In the top 10, leading is Quang noodles with 4.5 stars. This probably makes Quang Nam - Da Nang people feel happy; but for people from other regions, it is not certain.
According to TasteAtlas, this traditional dish is a combination of noodles and pork belly/chicken/fish/shrimp/eggs..., roasted peanuts, served with rich broth, a little dried rice paper and Vietnamese raw vegetables.
Although originating from the Central region, specifically Quang Nam, Quang noodles are now popular in many places across the country.
