The ceremony to honor the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam took place in Ho Chi Minh City on November 19. This is an annual event organized by Anphabe - a pioneer consulting unit on "Employer Brand and Happy Workplace" solutions, under the sponsorship of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
The Vietnam Best Workplaces rankings are not only a recognition for businesses that strive to build an ideal working environment, but also a source of inspiration to motivate businesses to attract talent and create a happy workplace for employees.
The ranking is based on the results of the "Vietnam Best Workplace Survey" series. Conducted completely independently, this year's survey recorded objective assessments from more than 65,000 employees, 253 leaders and human resource managers, from 18 industry groups nationwide.
