As soon as storm No. 13 appeared, MobiFone activated the response command mechanism. The Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue convened an online meeting with the Central units to assess the risks, update the situation and adjust the handling scenario according to each level. At the same time, assign specific tasks to each department according to the "5 clear" principle, apply 24/7 monitoring regime, and require the entire system to comply with the spirit of "4 on-site", "3 ready", "5 proactive".
In the technical infrastructure, the broadcasting station system, transmission lines, antenna columns and all level 1 and level 2 sites were reviewed early. Areas at risk of flooding were installed with equipment protection measures and backup power sources were added. The overall configuration of the transmission network was reviewed, especially a scenario was developed to ensure safety for the trunk and inter-provincial transmission lines. At the same time, MobiFone proactively notified and coordinated with infrastructure partners to prepare resources for optical transmission and infrastructure rescue in case of incidents.
At the customer service line, all transaction stores and branches in the affected area have completed reinforcing their headquarters, trimming trees, clearing drainage, and elevating equipment, documents, and vulnerable assets. Electrical systems, switching equipment, generators, batteries, and UPS have been inspected, maintained, and ensured to be ready for operation. MobiFone has also deployed on-site forces in each locality, with hundreds of personnel ready to respond in the provinces.

Along with ensuring infrastructure and maintaining communications, MobiFone coordinates with authorities to send warning messages and instruct people on storm response skills in high-risk areas, contributing to raising public awareness and minimizing damage caused by natural disasters.
During the storm, MobiFone maintained continuous command, updated the situation in real time and coordinated online between the Corporation and local units. Network monitoring, infrastructure control and force mobilization were urgently deployed to handle unusual situations immediately, avoiding information interruption.
Not only focusing on responding during the storm, MobiFone has prepared response plans after the storm: Technical staff are on duty at key locations, backup equipment is activated, and mobile vehicles are ready to go as soon as the weather permits. The overarching goal is to protect telecommunications infrastructure and maintain safe connections so that people, authorities and businesses can communicate smoothly during the recovery period after natural disasters.
With the motto of being proactive - flexible - effective, MobiFone mobilized maximum human and material resources, closely coordinated with functional agencies, partners and localities to proactively minimize damage caused by storm No. 13. MobiFone aims to minimize damage to the lowest level, quickly handle all situations arising on the network, and at the same time ensure communication security for people, communities and functional forces during the storm's impact.
