Purpose, meaning
In order to continue promoting and advertising Ha Nam tourism ; searching for typical and valuable photographic works about the image of Ha Nam people and land to domestic and international tourists, contributing to promoting and promoting tourism development, at the same time building an image data bank, developing smart tourism, serving the communication and advertising of Ha Nam tourism resources and products.
Encourage and honor authors who create new, unique and strange works about the landscape, traditional culture and people of Ha Nam, creating attraction and desire to experience and explore for domestic and international tourists.
Contest theme : "Beautiful photos of Ha Nam Tourism"
Contestants: Professional and amateur photographers who are Vietnamese citizens, Vietnamese people residing abroad and foreigners working and living in Vietnam, with no age limit. Members of the Organizing Committee and the Contest Jury are not allowed to participate in the contest.
Contest format:
- The works submitted to the contest "Beautiful photos of Ha Nam tourism" must be works taken in Ha Nam province from January 2020 to the end of June 2025; the photos submitted to the contest must be the author's own creation, have not participated or been published in any form, and have no copyright disputes.
- Contest photos must be color (scanned files or photos taken from paper photos are not accepted).
- Contest photos must be single photos; each author can submit no more than 50 photos.
- Clearly state (caption) the content or theme of the photo submitted for the contest.
- The Organizing Committee is not responsible for copyright and related rights disputes, or works entered in violation of regulations.
- The Organizing Committee will cancel the classification results and withdraw all values related to the work such as: Certificates, awards for the contest entries if it is discovered that the contest entry violates the regulations on copyright and related rights.
5. Method and time of sending photos

- The Organizing Committee accepts entries until June 31, 2025.
- Judging contest photos; Organizing the summary, awarding and exhibition: July 2025.

7. Rights and responsibilities of the author
7.1. Rights
- The winning works will be selected to be published on electronic information pages, tourism publications, domestic and international exhibition programs (no royalties will be paid) and sponsored by the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.
- For authors whose works win prizes: the Organizing Committee will award a Certificate and a cash prize according to the Contest Rules. Authors who win official prizes (First, Second, Third) will be awarded a certificate and scored at the provincial level according to the regulations of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.
- The Organizing Committee will select the 30 best works of the Contest to display at the exhibition "Beautiful Photos of Ha Nam Tourism". The Organizing Committee will award the Certificate of Participation in the Contest and the exhibition photo profit.
- The prize will be awarded directly to the author of the winning work or his/her authorized person. In case the author is unable to attend the award ceremony, the Organizing Committee will send the prize and Certificate by post after the end of the contest.
7.2. Responsibility
- Submitting an entry confirms the author's acceptance of the Contest Rules.
- The author is responsible for copyright, personal income tax, related rights according to the provisions of the law of the State of Vietnam and strictly implements the Rules of the Contest. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for disputes over copyright and related rights. The Organizing Committee will cancel the selection results, revoke the prize and other benefits (if any) when detecting violations of copyright and related rights according to the provisions of current law.
8. Note
- Violating works will be disqualified from the Contest.
- Each author can only use 01 name to submit the photo. If it is a stage name, please clearly state the real name next to the stage name. The Organizing Committee will send the prize money and other amounts (if any) according to the real name (name on the citizen identification card/passport) of the author.
- The Organizing Committee is not responsible for works with file errors or delays in the submission process.
- The Organizing Committee has the right to use the awarded works and selected works for display to serve political, propaganda and foreign affairs tasks for non-commercial purposes without having to pay any additional costs. Personal rights belong to the author.
- The Organizing Committee will contact the authors whose photos are selected for exhibition and award (via email) to confirm full information, to serve the purpose of sending prize money, certificates, and exhibition photo books after the end.
