At the forum, Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh affirmed: "We are proud of our national cultural identity, combined with contemporary values that are creating strong development of the cultural industry. With our efforts, we hope that the phenomena in the development of the cultural industry in recent times will increase and receive support from the public at home and abroad."

According to Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh, new cultural products in the digital age are a combination of traditional cultural values with the development of the digital environment and integration factors. Therefore, there is no need to hesitate before the appearance of new products of the cultural industry. The screening in reception and enjoyment will show which products are truly strong.

Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh also said that each press agency must have a "commitment" that each editorial office is a culturalist, each editor-in-chief is a culturalist. The press and media, through their cultural products, must contribute to shaping and improving the public's level of enjoyment. Thanks to that, the filtering of inappropriate values will take place.

Meanwhile, Mr. Le Quoc Minh believes that we should trust the younger generation - they are still the ones who love traditional culture. It is just that the way of conveying culture to them needs to change to suit the target audience. Editorial offices should also increase the volume of press works written about culture and the cultural industry.

Pham Cao Thai, Director of the Legal Department, said that the press plays a role in promoting communication, which is one of the solutions to remove bottlenecks in policies for developing cultural industries in Vietnam. Currently, domestic cultural industry policies still have many bottlenecks such as some policies have been issued but have not been implemented or have not been implemented effectively, and there are no clear regulations and mechanisms for implementation. Therefore, communication policies on cultural industries need to be promoted.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU Hanoi) warned about some potential problems of the cultural industry. "The rich volume of information content, diverse mass cultural products, spreading strongly on social networks have a great impact and influence on ideology, spirit, value systems and norms in society. Negative information, untrue information, and false fabrications can cause disturbance, insecurity, and even dangerous impacts on social security."

Mr. Pham Quoc Thang, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of VTV Times , said that the press still lacks long-term strategic articles and columns on the cultural industry. Most articles on the cultural industry still only stop at the level of event information, product introduction, and superficial reflection, while there is a great lack of articles analyzing trends, criticizing policies, connecting markets, or suggesting creative models and approaches.
