How to make delicious, irresistible grilled banana with sticky rice
1. Ingredients:
- 5 bananas
- 200 ml coconut milk.
- 200 grams of sticky rice.
- 100 grams of peanuts.
- 50 gr tapioca pearls (also known as small tapioca pearls).
- 100 gr banana leaves for wrapping.
- Tapioca starch, salt, sugar.
2. Simple way to do at home:
- Step 1 : Wash sticky rice
Wash the sticky rice thoroughly to remove dirt, then soak it in clean water overnight or for about 6-7 hours to soften the rice.
- Step 2 : Cook sticky rice with coconut milk
Put the soaked sticky rice in the rice cooker, add clean water, a little salt and turn on the cooker.
