Vietnam has two representatives recognized as "Best Tourist Village of 2025". Lo Lo Chai Village (Tuyen Quang Province) and Quynh Son Community Tourism Village (Lang Son Province) were honored to receive this award.
Villages selected to receive the award must be outstanding in terms of natural and cultural resources, and have innovative actions and commitments to develop tourism in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Lo Lo Chai Village (Tuyen Quang Province) and Quynh Son Community Tourism Village ( Lang Son Province) were selected from more than 270 applications from 65 countries, demonstrating the outstanding values and efforts to develop sustainable tourism of these two localities.

Mr. Ha Van Sieu - Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism said: "Vietnam has two more best tourist villages in the best tourist village system of the United Nations Tourism Organization. This continues to affirm that Vietnam's tourist destinations are increasingly attractive. Indigenous cultural values are honored, and local eco-tourism destinations have strong appeal."
Mr. Phung Quang Thang - Chairman of the Vietnam Green Tourism Association said: "The community tourism villages that are honored by the world are the great achievements of the people in those villages. We need policies to replicate these models to create an attractive tourism product system in each region."
The award is not only a source of pride for the two localities but also demonstrates the international recognition of Vietnam's efforts in preserving and conserving indigenous cultural values; developing sustainable, community-based tourism and services.
