From a young age, Vu showed outstanding performance compared to his peers. Vu's parents said that he was able to read since he was young, even though he was not taught before, he learned everything by himself. When he entered primary school, he continued to demonstrate his outstanding learning ability with 5 years of excellent student achievements, participating and winning awards in many competitions in different subjects such as Math, English, especially Informatics.

“When talking about Khanh Vu, everyone is amazed by his achievements,” said teacher Hoang Thi Kim Ngan, Principal of Cua Tung Primary School. Since first grade, Khanh Vu has won many awards, and it is worth mentioning that he participated in most of the competitions as a “student with a grade ahead”.

Vu has achieved achievements such as First prize in the province's Violympic competition in the 2022 - 2023 school year, First prize in District-level Youth Creativity in the 2023 - 2024 school year, Silver Medal in the National IOE Online English Competition in the 2022 - 2023 school year, Bronze Medal in the National IOE Online English Competition in the 2023 - 2024 school year...

In addition to the awards in Math, English, and Information Technology, Khanh Vu also actively participates in talent competitions and English exchanges. He not only shows his love for natural subjects but also enjoys and is curious about social subjects such as History, especially knowledge related to the history of his home province. Ms. Kim Ngan said: "When visiting Quang Tri Ancient Citadel, unlike his friends who passively listen to the explanations, Vu brought a notebook to take notes on the knowledge he heard."

Vu is a modest boy and a good student, “loved by teachers and friends”, friendly and sociable with everyone. He is an exemplary team leader and union leader, always completing assigned tasks well, actively participating in extracurricular activities of the school and class.

According to Mr. Ngo Quang Mau, Head of the Youth Union of Cua Tung Primary School: "Because Vu is good at natural subjects, he has a very logical way of working. Vu is always enthusiastic and responsible, so when assigning tasks to him, I feel secure." With his achievements in studying and training, Vu was honored to receive the title of Uncle Ho's Good Child at the provincial level for the period 2020 - 2025, and received a certificate of merit from the Quang Tri Provincial Youth Union for his outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and children's movement in the school year 2023 - 2024. Vu deserves to be a good student, doing exactly as Uncle Ho taught.

Starting in third grade, Vu enjoyed watching his brother solve programming problems, so he asked his brother to download software and teach him the basics. He learned very quickly, only needed to be taught the first steps, the rest he researched and learned on his own. Vu created games by writing programming, then asked his brother to help Vu post them on a website for programmers for others to try.

Knowing his strengths, Vu's parents created conditions for him to try his hand at many different playgrounds. In grade 4, he participated in the 2024 National Youth Informatics Competition for independent candidates and won third prize in Group A of the Central Highlands - Central Region round. Khanh Vu's mother shared: "When my child participated, I did not focus on the achievement, I just wanted him to participate to experience because I thought that compared to his friends in the city, his learning conditions were limited. But he did it, which made me very proud."

In grade 5, Vu is a student representing Cua Tung Primary School to participate in the 2025 provincial-level Youth Informatics Competition. With his efforts and talent in Informatics, he once again won First Prize, bringing honor to his family and school. Ms. Vo Thanh Hong, an Informatics tutor, shared: “Vu learns very quickly, and he works hard on all types of exercises. The two of us sometimes work until late at night to solve exercises. Seeing him work so hard, I am more motivated to teach him.”

His diligence has been rewarded with worthy results. With the dream of becoming a programmer, Khanh Vu is still trying every day to improve.
