Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, Chairman of Muoi Noi Commune People's Committee, said: Through review, the commune currently has 85 solid classrooms, 26 temporary, degraded classrooms; 3 schools meet national standards level II, 2 schools meet level I. At some remote schools, especially in mountainous areas, clean water supply is still difficult, depending on natural water sources. The commune will continue to closely coordinate with all levels and sectors to mobilize all social resources, promote socialization of education . Prioritize investment in schools with difficulties, gradually improve the infrastructure system, ensure a safe, friendly, and modern learning environment for teachers and students of schools.

Coming to Muoi Noi Primary and Secondary School, the school campus is spacious and clean; the classrooms are solidly built, equipped with televisions, tables and chairs suitable for each age group. Teacher Luu Thanh Long, Principal of the school, said: The school has 39 staff, teachers and employees; nearly 600 students, from grades 1 to 9. With the attention and support of all levels and sectors, in 2024, the school was invested 9.7 billion VND, building a new 2-storey classroom building, 12 classrooms for primary school students. Currently, all 19 classrooms of the school are solidly built.

To improve the quality of teaching and learning, the Board of Directors of Muoi Noi Primary and Secondary School creates conditions for teachers to participate in training courses to improve their professional qualifications; encourages teachers to research, deploy, and apply innovative experiences; and promotes digital transformation in teaching. Currently, 100% of the school's teachers use electronic lesson plans; connect computers with technological means to improve the quality of teaching. Thanks to that, the school's key education quality has achieved encouraging results. In the 2024-2025 school year, at the district-level excellent student competition, the school won 66 prizes; at the provincial level, it won 2 prizes. 4 initiatives were deployed and replicated; 1 teacher won the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level. In August 2024, the school was recognized as a national standard school at level I.

Previously, Hoa Sua Muoi Noi Kindergarten had 6 separate locations, scattered in the villages; the classrooms were makeshift, the equipment for educational activities was lacking; parents had to pick up and drop off their children four times a day; affecting the quality of child care and education. With the attention of all levels and sectors, in recent years, the school's facilities have been invested in synchronously and spaciously, all 8 classrooms were solidly built, teaching equipment was supplemented; 100% of children study 2 sessions and have lunch at the central school.

Ms. Luu Thi My, Principal of the school, said: This school year, the school takes care of and nurtures 190 children; has 14 managers and teachers, 100% of whom have university degrees. To improve the quality of education, the school effectively organizes key educational topics, maintains a friendly and happy educational environment; enhances Vietnamese; experiential activities; outdoor activities; language development and life skills activities; designs lively and close lessons, arousing children's curiosity and exploration . The school is determined to maintain the school meeting national standards level II and achieving level III accreditation.

Teacher Nguyen Ha, Hoa Sua Muoi Noi Kindergarten, shared: We decorate the classroom according to the theme, always renew the study corner, art corner, nature corner so that children feel "every day at school is a happy day". With the initiative and determination of the Party Committee and the commune government, and the efforts of the schools, Muoi Noi commune is gradually completing its facilities and infrastructure and improving the quality of comprehensive education, aiming for the goal that by 2030, 100% of schools in the area will meet national standards.
