2023: Create jobs for nearly 4,400 workers

In 2023, the City Party Committee and People's Committee of Hoa Binh City will pay attention to and direct the implementation of poverty reduction policies based on integrating programs and projects under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction with the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2025 period and the National Target Program on New Rural Development... Thereby contributing to reducing the number of poor households in the city to 375, accounting for 1.06%, and near-poor households to 477, accounting for 1.35%.

Hai Hien Bamboo and Wood Joint Stock Company, Mong Hoa Commune ( Hoa Binh City) creates jobs for hundreds of local workers.

During the year, the city created new jobs for 4,393 workers, reaching 106% of the set target. Coordinated the organization of 49 vocational training classes with 1,005 students in wards and communes in the area. The rate of trained workers accounted for 73.1% (plan 73%), of which trained workers with degrees and certificates accounted for 50%, reaching 100% of the plan.

Focus on career conversion, job creation and care for the lives of people affected by land clearance projects when the State reclaims land to implement projects. The city sets a goal of creating new jobs for 4,200 workers. The rate of trained workers will reach 75%, of which workers with degrees and certificates will account for 52%; striving to reduce the poverty rate to 0.96% (according to multidimensional criteria for the period 2021-2025).
