In 2023, the Propaganda, Organization, Mass Mobilization Committees and the Office of the Thang Binh District Party Committee focused on advising and directing the synchronous implementation of solutions to implement the 2023 Resolution and achieved many results.

Accordingly, the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department focuses on orienting propaganda for holidays and major political events such as the coastal cultural festival, commemorating the 160th anniversary of the birth of patriotic scholar Tieu La - Nguyen Thanh; opening 27 political theory and professional training courses for cadres, party members, and members of the district and grassroots.

The District Party Committee's Organizing Committee has advised to add 1 member to the District Party Executive Committee for the 21st term, 2020 - 2025; consolidate 10 positions of department heads, deputy department heads and equivalent; transfer, rotate, and transfer 8 positions.
