According to the resolution of the People's Council of Nam Sach district, the road about 1.36 km long from An Thuong commune ( Hai Duong city) through Hong Phong commune (Nam Sach) to provincial road 390D will be renovated and upgraded with an average roadbed width of 6-7 m; implementation period is 2024-2025.
This project is invested by Nam Sach District Construction Investment Project Management Board. The total estimated investment is 10 billion VND from the district budget.
This is a route with a large volume of traffic and has been degraded for a long time, many voters have complained.
