That same morning, Mr. N. drove a truck to deliver goods for the company. On the way back, he drove on Le Van Khuong Street, in the direction of Hoc Mon District to District 12. When he reached Dong Thanh Commune, Hoc Mon District, the man driving avoided a motorbike taxi driver traveling in the same direction.

At that time, a young man without a helmet rode a motorbike and hit the side of Mr. N's car. At that time, when the truck driver stopped the car, the young man pulled over to the side of the road and picked up rocks to throw at the truck. The incident scratched the truck's windows and dented the truck's body.

"When I was avoiding the delivery man, I think the young man thought I was forcing him to drive, so he did that. After the incident, I did not report it to the police. I posted the article on social media to warn other drivers," said Mr. N.

Hoc Mon district authorities are verifying and clarifying the cause of the incident.
