According to The Moscow Times, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow (Russia) has issued arrest warrants for three more defendants in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall theater.
The defendants Isroil Islomov, Ainchon Islomov and Dilovar Islomov (father and two sons) will be detained until May 22. According to the investigation, Dilovar Ismailov, 24 years old, was born in Dushanbe (Tajikistan), then moved to Russia, obtained citizenship and worked as a taxi driver.
He was recruited by Shamsidin Fariduni, one of the perpetrators of the terrorist attack, before March 11, 2024. He owned the Renault car that the attackers used to flee the crime scene. However, in February, he allegedly sold the car, but the civil liability insurance contract for the car still belonged to Islomov and was not renewed. Ainchon Islomov was involved in the criminal group before January 2024. In court, he declared his innocence.
Earlier, on March 23, security forces arrested four perpetrators of the terrorist attack, citizens of Tajikistan including Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, Shamsidin Fariduni and Muhammadsobir Fayzov. Police quickly brought the arrested men to Moscow. All four were charged with terrorist attacks leading to death in an organized group. The penalty for this crime can be up to life imprisonment.
