The City Education Department trains on the implementation of Digital Report Cards at Primary level and pilots its application at higher levels of education.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of May 6, the Department of Education and Training of the city organized a training conference on the implementation of digital transcripts at primary level on a large scale, and at the same time piloting the application of digital transcripts for secondary, high school and continuing education levels in the 2024-2025 school year. The conference was held in person at the central bridge point of the Department of Education and Training, connecting online to 170 bridges including the Department of Education and Training of districts, towns, Thuy Nguyen city and high schools and multi-level general schools in the city.

The implementation of digital transcripts is not only a professional task, but also an important step in the comprehensive digital transformation process of the Hai Phong education sector. The Department of Education and Training clearly defines the implementation principles: "On schedule - Right technique - Right target", and is determined not to let the situation of "learning without practice", "installing without using" happen, in order to ensure practical and sustainable effectiveness.

In the 2023-2024 school year, Hai Phong is one of the pioneering localities to simultaneously deploy digital report cards at the primary level. As a result, 100% of primary schools across the city have completed the implementation, with the rate of on-time admission reaching 100%, of which more than 97% completed earlier than required. All report card forms are rendered in the correct standard format of the Ministry of Education and Training, meeting the requirements for printing and electronic storage. In particular, digital report cards have become an authentic data source to effectively serve the work of educational quality assessment and internal inspection.

Entering the 2024-2025 school year, the Department of Education and Training continues to expand the implementation of digital transcripts to secondary schools. Of which, 72/175 secondary schools have implemented it, reaching a rate of 41.14%; 11/67 high schools have participated, reaching a rate of 16.42%.

At the Conference, delegates were informed by experts from Quang Ich Technology Group Corporation about the legal basis for implementing digital transcripts in schools; introduced digital transcripts; instructions on using the digital transcript system and software; the process of managing digital transcripts at educational institutions.../.
