(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025), on the morning of May 8, Comrade Pham Van Lap, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council visited and presented gifts to former Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the City People's Council through the periods. Accompanying him were leaders of the City People's Council Committees and relevant local leaders.

At the same time, he emphasized that the achievements of the City People's Council today are inherited from the solid foundation that previous generations have worked hard to build and expressed his hope that they will continue to contribute valuable experience to the activities of the City People's Council in particular and the development of the city in general.
