Establish a Standing Unit to support the reorganization of administrative apparatus and units at all levels.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The Hai Phong City Party Committee has just issued Decision 1869 - QD/TU to establish a Standing Unit to receive, guide, and answer the contents, proposals, and recommendations of agencies, units, and localities in the implementation of the arrangement, organization of administrative apparatus and units at all levels, and the construction of a 2-level local government organization model (hereinafter referred to as the Standing Unit), headed by Comrade Nguyen Van Tuan, Member of the City Party Committee, Chief of the City Party Committee Office.

The Deputy Heads include comrades: Nguyen Hong Vinh, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board and Hoang Van Duc, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; along with 06 members.

The Standing Unit is responsible for advising the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to lead, direct, and promptly resolve difficulties and problems arising in the process of reorganizing the apparatus, ensuring that the two-level local government organization operates smoothly on schedule and with quality.

Receive, guide, and respond to the contents, proposals, and recommendations of agencies, units, and localities reflecting on the implementation of the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at district and commune levels and the construction of a 2-level local government organization model. Timely grasp and proactively resolve the contents within the authority; synthesize and report to competent authorities for consideration, resolution, or appropriate adjustment, so as not to affect the overall progress. At the same time, request agencies, units, and localities to promptly guide and respond to the contents, proposals, and recommendations of agencies, units, and localities reflecting according to their assigned functions, tasks, and authorities.

The Office of the City Party Committee is the Standing Body of the Standing Unit; members of the Standing Unit work part-time, performing tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

The Standing Unit operates until the end of October 2025; it will dissolve itself after completing its tasks./.
