Representatives of many supermarkets and shopping centers in the province said they have proactively prepared goods, implemented promotional programs, large incentives, increased human resources... to serve people coming to shop.

In addition to the goal of stimulating consumption and promoting Vietnamese goods, we hope that the series of events called Pride of Vietnamese Agricultural Products will contribute to spreading the spirit of national pride, affirming the remarkable development of the Vietnamese economy after 50 years of reunification, especially in the agricultural sector”.
Many supermarkets in Dong Nai have proactively increased their supply of goods, especially essential items, for the upcoming holiday shopping season. In addition, the work of stockpiling goods and increasing staff to serve customers has been prepared and implemented early.
Accordingly, the series of events with the theme of Proud of Vietnamese Agricultural Products 2025 will last continuously from now until May 7 at the GO!, Big C, Tops Market supermarket systems of Central Retail Vietnam Group, including Big C Dong Nai and GO! Tan Hiep in Dong Nai. On the occasion of the April 30 and May 1 holidays this year, Central Retail's supermarket system launched many attractive promotions with discounts of up to 50% on over 1,000 products from fresh food, processed food, soft drinks, local specialties across the country...
On this occasion, Co.opmart Bien Hoa Supermarket together with Saigon Co.op officially launched the Happiness Journey 2025 program. This is the biggest customer connection activity of the year of Saigon Co.op, joining the exciting atmosphere with the whole country to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, the reunification of the country, and the 80th anniversary of National Day. The highlight throughout the journey, Saigon Co.op took photos with the people and set a record "Online Vietnam Map made from 50 thousand happy smiles". For each happy photo recorded, Saigon Co.op will donate 5 thousand VND to carry out social projects on the Co.op Cares community activity platform.

Due to the long holiday this year, it is forecasted that people's shopping and travel needs will increase dramatically, so many types of services have launched many exciting programs and activities to attract people and tourists to visit and experience.
According to Buu Long Tourist Area (Bien Hoa City), on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, the reunification of the country and the 139th anniversary of International Labor Day, the tourist area will implement many outstanding activities and programs. The most special event of this holiday at Buu Long Tourist Area is the Folk Food Festival, taking place continuously for 5 days from April 30 to May 4. The festival brings together 20 booths with more than 100 special dishes, including 30 types of folk cakes, desserts, drinks, grilled dishes, hot pots, and other culinary dishes from 3 regions... In particular, folk cakes such as banh xeo, banh khot... will be made and served on-site by artisans, along with the demonstration of making attractive puffed sticky rice by professional chefs. On this occasion, 50 chefs from Dong Nai Chefs Association will make a giant steamed banana cake weighing 50kg in the shape of the Vietnamese flag, and Tan Mai fish salad - a famous specialty of Dong Nai with a total weight of 50kg on April 30 and May 1.
Similarly, during this holiday, many cafes, food services, supermarkets, shopping malls, etc. in the province have decorated with flags, colorful flowers, combined with decorative corners and miniature landscapes in a nostalgic style, recalling the atmosphere of historical years. Thereby, creating meaningful check-in spaces to welcome one of the most important holidays of the nation.
