TCSG Family Day was held on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of TCSG's Traditional Day. This is an annual cultural tradition of TCSG to continue to preserve, consolidate and promote unique cultural values, creating solidarity and closeness between generations in the Tan Cang family, building: A common home - Tan Cang family "Exemplary, harmonious, happy, progressive".

On March 15, 1989, Saigon Military Port was established, marking a new step in the development of the Navy. After 35 years of construction, development and growth, Saigon Military Port has always been active, proactive and creative in international integration.

TCSG has always operated effectively and is one of the leading enterprises in the country. TCSG currently accounts for 56.8% of the country's import-export container market share. It plays an important role in connecting the circulation of goods, developing the sustainable maritime economy , promoting the country's industrialization and modernization and the process of international economic integration.
Along with economic development, TCSG always effectively carries out the movements of "Repaying gratitude", "Eliminating hunger and reducing poverty", showing gratitude to heroes, martyrs, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, those who have contributed to the revolution, further enhancing the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers".

On this occasion, TCSG awarded 35 outstanding members; 354 outstanding employees; 19 outstanding employees practicing the Code of Conduct and building corporate culture; 9 outstanding initiatives; 30 outstanding union, youth and women faces; and commended 42 employees who overcame difficulties to fulfill their tasks well.
