With the theme “Gia Lai-Experience and Sharing”, this year’s festival has the participation of more than 30 culinary booths from localities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh, Tay Ninh, Phu Yen, Dak Nong, Kon Tum, Ben Tre , Hue, Cao Bang, Binh Dinh, Ha Tinh..., bring many unique regional specialties.

Typical dishes include: grilled chicken and bamboo rice of the Jrai and Bahnar people, Kon Tum leaf salad, Binh Dinh gai leaf cake, Phu Yen grilled O fish and other traditional Southern cakes, etc., along with many other attractive street foods.
In addition, the Culture-Tourism Photo Exhibition displays about 100 works. products about scenic spots, historical relics, festival heritage and traditional crafts of Gia Lai province, combined with booths displaying OCOP products and local products typical, traditional souvenirs and promote local tourism.

In addition, the cultural program takes place at 7:30 p.m. every night, performed by artists and actors of the Dam San Music and Dance Theater, serving free of charge to locals and tourists who come to visit and enjoy the cuisine.
The event takes place from April 30 to May 4 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The festival not only contributes honoring cultural and culinary values, but also promoting tourism, connecting localities, and promoting the image of Gia Lai land and people to tourists.
