National Great Unity Day in An Binh village

Comrade Nguyen Trung Hieu, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and Comrade Giap Thi Thuy, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Tan Ha Commune, Lam Ha attended the Great Unity Day.

Also attending were comrade Giap Thi Thuy, Party Secretary, Chairman of Tan Ha Lam Ha Commune People's Council; leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and a large number of people of An Binh village.

An Binh village currently has 125 households with more than 400 people. Responding to the movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", the village Front Committee has actively implemented the campaign "The whole people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". By 2025, 95% of households in the village will achieve the title of cultural family.

The material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved, the poverty rate has decreased to 2.3%, the number of well-off and rich households has increased, contributing to promoting the socio -economic development of the commune.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Nguyen Trung Hieu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, praised and highly appreciated the results that the people of An Binh village have achieved in the past time. He emphasized that the spirit of solidarity and unanimity of the people has made an important contribution to socio-economic development and ensuring local defense and security.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, comrade Nguyen Trung Hieu presented flowers and gifts worth 5 million VND to An Binh village; and also presented 10 gifts (1 million VND/gift) to poor households in the village.
