In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam, Member of the Standing Committee, Chief of the Ministry's Party Committee Office, Chief of the Ministry's Office, emphasized that "Diplomatic Heart" is an activity rich in humanistic meaning, demonstrating the spirit of sharing for the community. This is one of the beautiful values that has become a tradition of the cadres, union members and youth of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The program took place in an exciting, competitive atmosphere, aiming to achieve achievements towards the 20th Congress of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, term 2025 - 2030. This is also an opportunity for the youth of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to continue spreading the message of love, responsibility and practical action for community health.
In that spirit, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam acknowledged and commended the Executive Committee of the Ministry's Youth Union, the Diplomatic Academy's Youth Union and the coordinating units for their proactiveness, creativity and pioneering spirit in preparing the program; at the same time, he thanked the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion and the Vietnam Youth Blood Donation Association for accompanying the Ministry of Foreign Affairs over the past many years with dedicated and effective professional support.
According to the Chief of the Ministry's Office, donating blood is not only a noble gesture but also a vivid demonstration of the spirit of humanity and social responsibility - values that are always promoted by the Party, State and the Foreign Affairs sector.
Each drop of blood donated not only saves a life but also spreads faith and hope, true to the program's message: "each drop of red blood - a compassionate heart".

Mr. Nguyen Dong Anh, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Head of the Organizing Committee, said that the blood donation program "Diplomatic Heart" has attracted more than 800 registrations, striving to achieve the goal of receiving 500 units of blood. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, he expressed his deep gratitude to the Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their attention and close direction, and at the same time expressed gratitude to the sponsors who have accompanied and spread humane values to the community.
Mr. Nguyen Dong Anh also acknowledged the contributions of the student force and the blood donation volunteer team of the Diplomatic Academy who have participated in organizing the program many times, helping the Youth Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs become the nucleus connecting volunteer activities and youth movements throughout the industry.

With the participation of many civil servants, public employees, workers, union members and youths, the “Diplomatic Heart” program took place in a bustling and exciting atmosphere. In addition, under the professional and dedicated guidance of the medical team from the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, the blood donation process took place safely and quickly.

Do Thu Hien, a student at the Diplomatic Academy, shared that this was the first time she donated blood at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as one of the school's new students.
For me, being able to contribute a small part to this humanitarian activity brings a very special feeling. I am also impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the volunteer team.
“I hope that with this small contribution I can provide timely support to patients in need of blood transfusions and hope to continue participating in similar programs in the future,” the female student emphasized.
Through “Diplomatic Heart”, the drops of blood shared today will add faith and hope to many special circumstances, while spreading the beautiful image of the young generation of the Diplomatic sector with compassion and action for the community. This will be the foundation for the Ministry’s Youth Union to continue to maintain and expand volunteer programs, making practical contributions to the voluntary blood donation movement across the country.
