National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed to certify Resolution No. 130 on the National Assembly's Supervision Program in 2025.

Regarding the content of the supervision program, at the 9th session, the National Assembly reviewed the Government's reports on: additional assessment of the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the State budget in 2024; the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the State budget in the first months of 2025; the State financial report in 2023; the State budget settlement report in 2023; the report on thrift practice and waste prevention in 2024; the implementation of the national goal on gender equality in 2024;

Review the Report of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the results of monitoring the settlement and response to voters' petitions sent to the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly; conduct questioning and answering questions of National Assembly deputies;

The National Assembly reviewed reports on: the implementation of Resolution No. 106 dated November 28, 2023 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific policies on investment in road construction; the implementation of Resolution No. 93 dated November 26, 2019 of the National Assembly on the investment policy of the Ka Pet Reservoir Project, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province; the implementation of Resolution No. 135 dated November 17, 2020 of the National Assembly on changing the purpose of forest use to implement the Than River Reservoir Project, Ninh Thuan Province and the Ban Mong Reservoir Project, Nghe An Province...

At the 10th Session, the National Assembly reviewed the Government's reports on the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the State budget for 2025 and the socio-economic development plan, the State budget estimate, and the central budget allocation plan for 2026; the implementation of the public investment plan for 2025 and the expected plan for 2026;

Results of implementing the National Assembly's resolutions on the 5-year plan for the period 2021 - 2025: socio-economic development; economic restructuring; medium-term public investment; national finance and borrowing and public debt repayment;

Results of implementing the National Assembly's Resolutions on approving investment policies for the period 2021 - 2025: National target program on new rural construction; National target program on sustainable poverty reduction; National target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas;

Anti-corruption work; anti-crime and law violation work; execution of judgments;

The National Assembly also considered the Government's Report on the results of citizen reception, settlement of administrative complaints and denunciations by state administrative agencies at all levels, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit; reports of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the results of supervision of the settlement and response to voters' petitions sent to the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; results of citizen reception, handling of petitions and supervision of the settlement of citizens' complaints and denunciations sent to the National Assembly;

Consider reports of members of the Government, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, and State Auditor General on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning; conduct questioning and answer questions of National Assembly deputies;

In addition, the National Assembly reviewed the thematic supervision report "Implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection since the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 took effect";

Review reports of the Government, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuracy on the implementation of the Constitution, laws, ordinances, and resolutions of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee;

The National Assembly assigned the National Assembly Standing Committee to direct the organization of thematic supervision on “Implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection since the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 took effect”, reporting to the National Assembly at the 10th Session; directly organize thematic supervision on “Implementation of policies and laws on development and use of human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, especially high-quality human resources”; preside over the issuance of plans and organize the effective implementation of this Resolution… .
