Ngoc Son shared that he was busy filming, and today he accidentally heard the news about his senior so he left work to visit. He sent 30 million VND as a gift to wish him a speedy recovery.

Notably, this is the first time musician The Hien has revealed his image after a serious illness. In the clip, he is emaciated, has white hair, and looks haggard, with difficulty speaking and moving.

The condition of musician The Hien is heartbreaking. In an interview with VietNamNet newspaper not long before his illness, The Hien impressed with his health, demeanor, bright smile and energetic conversational style.

The People's Artist enthusiastically talks about his trips, admitting that he is a "traveler", at the age of 70 he still regularly participates in field trips and returns to his roots across the country.

In 2024, The Hien suffered from a serious illness, fell into a coma and had to use oxygen.

He was taken to the emergency room at the Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital by his family, then transferred to the Palliative Care Department of the Center for Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment, Military Hospital 175 (Ho Chi Minh City).

Initially, the doctor gave a poor prognosis, and the family even thought about his funeral. Luckily, The Hien survived the critical stage and has been treating the after-effects ever since.
