Choosing a breast implant that is too large for the body's anatomical structure

Each person has a different anatomical structure, the distance between the two breasts, from the shoulder blade to the nipple, from the nipple to the lower edge, from the nipple to the outer and inner edges are not the same and the rib cage is uneven... Too much dissection during surgery

If the tissue is removed too much towards the middle of the chest wall, over time the pocket will expand, and the implant will tend to move towards the sternum.
