From early morning to late afternoon, hundreds of young people in flowing white ao dai, wearing red scarves with yellow stars on their shoulders, eagerly came to Ba Dinh Square to take photos and “check-in” before the grand holiday. The images of graceful and radiant young women became a special highlight, creating a vivid picture of the capital during the grand holiday.

Not only Hanoi youth, many tourists from other localities also choose Ba Dinh Square as their first destination. Thuy An (Ho Chi Minh City) shared: "The first time I visited the capital, I wanted to go to Uncle Ho's Mausoleum. This is the most sacred place, associated with the day Uncle Ho read the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam."
