Vo Le Que Anh was born in 2001, from Quang Nam . She is 1.72m tall, with measurements of 88-63-90cm, and is currently working as a freelance artist. Que Anh graduated from the Korean Language and Culture Department (Hue University).

The title of First Runner-up went to contestant Le Phan Hanh Nguyen from Dong Thap. The title of Second Runner-up was Vu Thi Thu Hien, representing Hanoi . The titles of Third Runner-up and Fourth Runner-up went to Lam Thi Bich Tuyen (An Giang) and Pham Thi Anh Vuong (Binh Thuan) respectively.

The final round of the Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 contest took place in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province. The final night's jury included Miss Ha Kieu Anh (Head of the jury), People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien, Miss Grand International 2021 Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 Doan Thien An, supermodel Minh Tu, actor Quoc Truong and designer Do Long.
