With her passion for the profession, teacher Duong Thi Van always seeks the best methods to help students be confident in their studies and especially cares for students with difficulties to help them in a timely manner. She has classified students to have more appropriate methods of imparting knowledge, thereby promoting their proactiveness. From the thought of "Teaching with love for students", she has promptly encouraged and promoted students' passion for learning. She always understands the psychology and personality of each of her students to have appropriate measures to make shy students more courageous, and bold students to develop their full potential. At Quang Tho Primary School, colleagues are familiar with the image of Ms. Van wholeheartedly guiding students to study and complete homework even during recess.

Teacher Duong Thi Van said that compared to students in big cities, students at the secondary and primary schools where she has taught are at a much greater disadvantage. They rarely have the opportunity to study at foreign language centers or have the opportunity to interact with foreign teachers. Therefore, they are often shy and lack confidence. Therefore, she often proactively grasps the strengths and weaknesses of each student to come up with appropriate teaching methods. Along with checking old lessons, she also spends time imparting new knowledge to students. In particular, during class hours, Ms. Van has effectively applied online game software and improved it to suit each class and each group of students, helping them approach English easily, comfortably and without pressure.

What is noteworthy about teacher Duong Thi Van is her love and care for disabled and hearing impaired students. She is always close, providing appropriate teaching methods, helping them to acquire English knowledge most conveniently.

Passionate about the career of "growing people", devoted to her beloved students, with more than 25 years of teaching experience, teacher Duong Thi Van has contributed to igniting the passion for learning English for many generations of students. Over the years, Ms. Van has been trusted by the school's board of directors to be in charge of the English competition team and has won many high prizes. To date, she has trained 2 students to win first prize at the provincial level in English, and nearly 100 students to win district-level English club exchange prizes.

Not only is she a dedicated, devoted, and creative teacher, she is also exemplary, enthusiastic, and helpful to her colleagues. Therefore, her colleagues and students admire her for her enthusiasm, passion for her profession, her spirit of striving to excel in her work, and her dedication to teaching generations of students to become useful people for society.

With her achievements, teacher Duong Thi Van was recognized as an excellent teacher at the provincial level; received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; and a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of Sam Son City People's Committee.
