She is Nguyen Thi Thanh, Head of the Professional Group of Phu Thinh Kindergarten.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Thanh is always dedicated to the career of educating people.

Born and raised in Hung Son town - a land rich in cultural and revolutionary traditions, Nguyen Thi Thanh was soon imbued with humanistic values, patriotism and a sense of responsibility to the community. From this land, she brought with her a steadfast heart and a passionate soul to enter the career of educating people.

Ms. Thanh has been attached to Phu Thinh Kindergarten not only with her responsibility as a teacher, but also with her boundless love for children. With more than a decade of attachment, care and teaching children, she is an exemplary image of dedication, patience and creativity in her work.

She constantly strives to study and improve her professional skills. With her initiative and creativity, she actively applies information technology and innovates teaching methods so that children can both learn and play naturally and effectively. Her lessons are always highly appreciated for their practicality, closeness and appeal. What makes her mark in the teaching profession is her loving heart for children.

Ms. Thanh said: Each child is a separate world , needing to be understood, nurtured and given wings. That is why I am always gentle, tolerant, becoming a great friend, a peaceful haven for children in their first years of life.

Teacher Thanh is always dedicated to taking care of and teaching the children the best things.

As a Party member, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh always maintains a steadfast ideological stance and is absolutely loyal to the Party's ideal goals. A solid political ideology is the foundation that helps her constantly strive in all circumstances, always upholding the pioneering and exemplary role of a Party member in both words and actions.

In each Party cell meeting, she is not only an active participant but also a factor in giving many practical contributions, helping the collective become more complete and stronger. She understands that the strength of the Party comes not only from theory but also from self-awareness, honesty and dedication in every small action every day.

For many years, she has been awarded the title of Excellent Teacher at the district level, and one year she has been awarded the title of Excellent Teacher at the provincial level. For five consecutive years, she has met the Party member standard for excellent performance in her duties - these are worthy rewards for a woman who always puts "Heart" first in her journey of caring for "young buds".

Ms. Thanh considers the children as her own.
