On September 12, the Vietnamese Embassy in Poland launched a fundraising campaign to support compatriots in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 (international name: Yagi ).

Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai, along with all the staff of the Embassy, ​​his wife, husband, and the Vietnamese community in Poland, have actively responded and promoted the tradition of mutual love and support with the desire to contribute emotional and material support to help our compatriots overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

According to VNA correspondents in Central and Eastern Europe, Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai said that in recent days, every officer and employee of the Embassy has been closely following the storm situation in the country, expressing deep sympathy and sharing the difficulties and losses that the country, homeland and people are facing.

In the spirit of mutual love, all officers and employees of the Embassy have donated 50 million VND, which will be transferred to domestic authorities to help people in areas affected by natural disasters.

On the same day, at a regular meeting with the Board of Directors of the Vietnamese Association in Poland, Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai also launched a movement to support compatriots in the country to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.

Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai called on Vietnamese organizations, groups, individuals, businesses, and philanthropists living, studying, and working in Poland to promote the tradition of solidarity, “helping each other,” sharing and providing spiritual and material support to our compatriots suffering the consequences of storm No. 3, contributing together with the Party and State to quickly restore production and people's lives.

At the launching ceremony, Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai presented Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Vietnamese Association in Poland, with 5,000 PLN (31.7 million VND), to contribute to the support fund of the Vietnamese community in Poland, to join hands to share the losses that the country and people are facing./.
