On July 13, at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP ( Nam Dinh province), Top Textiles dyeing factory held an inauguration ceremony.
The project is being built on an area of 31.2 hectares, with a total investment of 203 million USD. It is expected that upon completion, it will create jobs for thousands of workers.
Currently, the Top Textiles dyeing factory project has completed phase 1 construction investment with a capacity of 60 million meters of fabric/year.
The project continues to invest in phase 2, expected to be completed in 2025. This is a high-tech project, using few workers, producing a variety of high-quality textile products. When phase 2 investment is completed, the production scale will increase by 60 million meters of fabric/year. Thereby, the total capacity of the entire project will reach 120 million meters of fabric/year.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam Ito Naoki highly appreciated the synchronous infrastructure as well as the high-quality human resources of Nam Dinh province. In addition, Ambassador Ito Naoki also expressed his appreciation to the authorities of Nam Dinh province at all levels for always supporting and creating favorable conditions for Japanese enterprises to learn, promote, invest and develop production and business in the locality.
Permanent Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Dung said that the inauguration and operation of the factory will contribute to increasing the value of industrial production and export value of goods of Nam Dinh province, creating more jobs and income for about 1,800 workers in the locality and neighboring areas. At the same time, it will spread the attractiveness, affirm the ability to attract secondary investors to invest in filling up the Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park, gradually making Nam Dinh a major textile and garment center of the country.
At the ceremony, Nam Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Pham Gia Tuc assessed that projects invested by Japanese enterprises in Nam Dinh with large capital, fast and effective investment, and continued to expand in scale.
In order to implement the Nam Dinh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050 to open up development space and attract new investment, the province pays great attention to infrastructure development, especially transport infrastructure and seaports to connect with other areas and create more favorable conditions for investors. At the same time, the province also invests in many new industrial parks and clusters.
Nam Dinh focuses on attracting investment in a number of countries and territories, in which, priority is given to Japan because Japanese enterprises have high technology, are environmentally friendly, create jobs, and contribute to the growth and development of the province.
To support businesses to invest and succeed in Nam Dinh, the Provincial Party Secretary pledged that the entire government system from the province to the district, departments and branches will create maximum conditions, focus on supporting, working with businesses, and removing all difficulties and obstacles.
“We consider the success of the business as the success of the province,” said Mr. Tuc.
Mr. Tuc also expressed his hope that the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam will continue to support Nam Dinh in introducing, promoting and attracting Japanese enterprises to invest in high-tech projects in the province.
