On the afternoon of April 9, in Can Tho city, Factory X55, the Naval Technical Department coordinated with the Board of Directors of Binh Thuy High School to organize propaganda to attract human resources to build the Navy for more than 300 students of the school.

The Factory's reporter gave an overview of the position, role, and importance of Vietnam's seas and islands in the cause of national construction and defense; the feats and achievements of the Vietnam People's Navy; introduced the Naval Academy, enrollment, and benefits when becoming a student.
The factory distributed more than 200 sets of propaganda documents and 50 posters with information about enrollment targets for the Naval Academy in 2024.

On this occasion, the Factory organized for students to visit the production and business activities at the Factory; the youth unions of the two units organized a friendly football match.
