Designer Do Trinh Hoai Nam shares two things he is proud of in the past year

2019 was a year of many impressions for Do Trinh Hoai Nam when he not only had practical activities in developing and promoting Vietnamese ao dai but also contributed to training thousands of new students to become ao dai designers. Do Trinh Hoai Nam shared that both of his biggest wishes in work, which are promoting ao dai and training many ao dai tailors to become designers, have been fully realized.

At the same time, Do Trinh Hoai Nam confided that many people who sew ao dai want to become designers, that is their dream and ambition, but only when they meet him can they make it come true. He has overcome many barriers with them to realize their dreams. Looking back at 2019, Do Trinh Hoai Nam shared that he is quite satisfied with what he has done. In addition to domestic shows and expanding the ao dai fabric brand, he has taken solid steps in promoting ao dai to the world .

In early 2019, Do Trinh Hoai Nam had the honor of introducing two collections of Ao Dai 12 Flower Seasons and Dong Ho Paintings performed by beautiful French models at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris. In June 2019, he was honored to become the designer who brought Ao Dai with images of famous Vietnamese landmarks to the runway of New York Couture Fashion Week. This was also the first time that Vietnamese Ao Dai appeared at this famous fashion week. Next, Do Trinh Hoai Nam was chosen to open the ASEAN Fashion Week 2019 in Korea and in the program Business Day - Ao Dai Festival , his special Ao Dai designs received countless compliments from the guests present and Korean friends.

One of the notable highlights, the stepping stone for the cooperation between designer Do Trinh Hoai Nam and the Vietnam Women's Union is the successful organization of the wedding ao dai exhibition with the highlight being the billion-dollar ao dai and the appearance of famous guests such as People's Artist Lan Huong, People's Artist Tran Nhuong... Next year, Do Trinh Hoai Nam said there will be more cooperation to contribute to bringing ao dai closer to everyone. Currently, he is enjoying his Tet holidays.
