The KKTNS&CKCN Trade Union is currently managing 154 affiliated grassroots trade unions with 88,155 union members. In the period of 2020-2025, the KKTNS&CKCN Trade Union has directed its affiliated grassroots trade unions to develop plans, organize and launch emulation agreements in accordance with the actual situation of each unit and enterprise. Assign specialized trade union officials to monitor and supervise emulation movements at grassroots trade unions, evaluate the effectiveness of the movements, and select organizations to pilot and replicate typical emulation models at grassroots trade unions with a large number of workers, creating a spreading effect from the emulation movements. The emulation movements have been widely implemented by trade unions at all levels, such as: "Good workers, creative workers"; "Promoting initiatives, improving techniques to improve productivity and product quality"; “Studying to improve professional qualifications and skills”, “Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene”; “Good at public affairs, good at housework” among female employees; “Pioneering employees, realizing the aspiration of building a civilized and prosperous Thanh Hoa homeland, period 2021-2030”...
The PTTĐs have attracted a large number of union members and employees to participate, thereby creating many typical advanced models with technical innovation initiatives, improving production efficiency, creating a spillover effect for the movement to promote initiatives and technical innovation, contributing to the successful implementation of production and business tasks of enterprises. In the period of 2020-2025, the employees of the Industrial Zones and Industrial Zones have had thousands of technical innovation initiatives and production rationalization recognized and applied in production, making tens of billions of VND in profit. Of which, 25 workers and employees were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ; 2 individuals were awarded the Nguyen Duc Canh Award... A typical example is Mr. Mai Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Complete Machine Repair Department, Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. with the initiative "Improving the back cover shaping bar (plastic material)" applied to 10 production workshops and all types of reinforced pressed shoes with patched toes; benefiting the company over 1.5 billion VND/year. Engineer Chu Van Tung, Deputy Director in charge of Technology, Rolling Mill 2, VAS Nghi Son Steel Company Limited with the initiative: "Reducing power consumption of IF furnace during production", each year benefits the company over 14 billion VND and solves the problem of reducing electricity costs, improving efficiency in production and business. Mr. Le Tam Quan, Head of Electrical Team, Sakurai Vietnam Company Limited with the initiative "Designing a time relay system for heat presses" applied to production practice with a benefit value of nearly 1 billion VND/year. Mr. Pham Xuan Quan, Head of Powder Department, Production Department, Miza Nghi Son Company Limited with the initiative "Reducing steam consumption, reducing electricity consumption" helps the company benefit over 9 billion VND/year...
To improve the quality of patriotic movements among union members and employees, the Trade Union of Industrial Zones and Industrial Zones is effectively implementing a number of models such as: 3V model (for workers, laborers - for trade union organizations - for sustainable development of enterprises) in 3 units; book clubs with workers and laborers in 3 units; worker cultural corners in 7 units; park company model in 3 units; pregnant women and young children's clubs in 3 units; organizing movement activities from trade union groups in 7 units... The models create a spread in the activities of the Trade Union of Industrial Zones and Industrial Zones at all levels, contributing to innovation, improving the quality and efficiency of trade union activities, meeting the needs and aspirations of workers in improving the spiritual and material life of union members, workers and laborers; thereby contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
