The company has strengthened operational discipline, improved the capacity of engineers and operators, and strictly carried out the inspection and monitoring of equipment operating parameters, promptly detected and handled abnormalities to ensure the generators operate safely and reliably.

Promote periodic maintenance and repair - Improve unit efficiency

Since the beginning of 2025, Mong Duong Thermal Power Company has developed and implemented a periodic maintenance and repair plan with the goal of maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the equipment. Notably, at the end of September 2025, the overhaul of Unit 1 was completed on schedule, ensuring technical quality, helping the unit operate more stably, safely and economically. Unit 2 was also reviewed and promptly handled for defects, ready to meet operational requirements in the final months of the year.

Regular repair and periodic maintenance activities are carried out seriously, closely monitored according to the monthly plan, ensuring a full list of spare materials and equipment - helping the Company proactively and effectively respond to any situation arising during operation.

Prepare fuel to ensure operating plan for the last months of 2025

In the coming time, Mong Duong Thermal Power Company will continue to closely coordinate with coal suppliers to ensure a stable fuel source in both quality and quantity, strictly control coal particle size, and at the same time strengthen the urging of EPS repair units to optimize repair and maintenance work, ensure the readiness of generators to meet all mobilization situations, contributing to ensuring the supply of electricity to serve the needs of daily life and socio-economic development of the country.
