Previously, the Investment Goods Customs Branch (HCMC Customs Department) also decided to enforce the administrative decision on management by suspending customs procedures for import and export goods of Kic Vietnam Co., Ltd. (District 3, HCMC) due to tax arrears exceeding 90 days from the deadline for payment as prescribed, the amount of money to be enforced is nearly 1,636 billion VND.
