According to the Department of Culture and Society of Phuc Loi Ward, Heritage Week 2025 will be implemented from November 21 to 28 with many continuous activities, innovated in both content and organization.
Since the beginning of October, preparations have been carried out synchronously; directive documents, plans, and decisions to establish the Organizing Committee have been issued promptly. The local media system has been strongly activated on many platforms: loudspeakers, billboards, banners, fanpage posts, clips, infographics applying AI and digital transformation, contributing to widely spreading the message about heritage to each citizen.

The highlight was the Opening Ceremony of Heritage Week at the national relic Dinh Hoi Xa, where the ward awarded 8 collectives and 3 individuals with achievements in heritage conservation; at the same time, signed a cooperation program to promote heritage between Phuc Loi ward and Phu Dong commune - opening a new direction of development in cultural - tourism linkage.
From November 25 to 28, the ward coordinated with schools to organize 8 tours - heritage experiences for more than 1,000 students. The students watched introductory films, learned about the history of Hoi Xa Communal House, and experienced Ai Lao singing and dancing - a precious heritage of the locality. The activities helped the young generation to foster love for their homeland and appreciate traditional cultural values.

Within the framework of Heritage Week, the ward also built four creative cultural spaces; organized many community cultural activities with its own identity such as the "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Welfare" contest, attracting the participation of all 44 residential groups, 21 schools and 19 units. 60 typical models were selected, creating a green - clean - beautiful urban appearance and strongly spreading the spirit of competition at the grassroots level. At the same time, the infographic design contest to promote science and technology, innovation and digital transformation attracted 379 entries, showing the dynamism and creativity of the team of teachers, cadres and youth union members in the new period.
In particular, before that, Phuc Loi ward also participated in the performance of Ai Lao Singing and Dance at the 1st Thang Long - Hanoi Festival in 2025, contributing to widely promoting the beauty of local culture to friends inside and outside the city.

Next, the ward organized the award ceremony for the Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Phuc Loi contest and the Infographic design contest, praising 14 collectives, 13 outstanding infographic works and 1 thematic award. The award ceremonies took place solemnly, demonstrating worthy recognition for the efforts and creativity of collectives and individuals in the community.
One of the highlights of the program is the Launching Ceremony of the 5-member Multimedia Communication Team - an important step in innovating communication methods and promoting digital transformation in the ward. Also on the evening of November 28, the ward officially launched the digital transformation model in promoting and introducing the Hoi Xa Communal House heritage, marking the application of technology to heritage conservation in the digital age.
