Regarding the incident in which teacher VTT, Ba Dinh Primary School, Bim Son town (Thanh Hoa), pinched the ears and 'patted' the back of a first grader until he was bruised, parents discovered that not only TPN, but many other students in the class were also pinched on the ears or hit on the head by the teacher.
According to Thanh Hoa Newspaper, through a 10-minute clip provided by the school, parents discovered that Ms. T. had committed violent acts against 3 other students during a math class on the afternoon of October 10.
Mr. T.D.H., parent of student N., said that in this clip, Ms. T. walked around the classroom with her hands on her hips, lecturing but still hitting the students, causing them to be stressed and forced to study in fear.
"Ms. T. was lecturing and getting angry with students. She twisted one student's ear and hit another student's head and back. This is a form of school violence. The family really hopes that the authorities will intervene and handle this situation seriously so that this situation does not continue," said Mr. H.
Providing more information about the incident, Ms. Vo Dao Hoa, Principal of Ba Dinh Primary School, said this was not the first time Ms. H. had beaten a student.
Previously, in the 2023-2024 school year, Ms. T. had also beaten a first grader, leaving her hand bruised. However, immediately after that, the parents agreed to let her continue teaching until the end of the year.
“Ms. T.’s actions violated the regulations of teachers, infringed on the psychology and health of students, and affected the honor of teachers. The school’s stance is to take strict action when there is a conclusion from the authorities,” Ms. Hoa emphasized.
