The Women's Union of Ea Sup Commune ( Dak Lak Province) has just organized the "Love Rice Jar" model in 4 villages in the commune. Women participating in the model opened the rice jars, collected 100kg of rice, and directly supported 10 families of women members with especially difficult circumstances in the area.

The “Love Rice Jar” model is also a meaningful activity with profound humanity, maintained and expanded by the Ea Sup Commune Women’s Union for many years. This model has helped women form the habit of saving and supporting each other. The rice jar is placed at local rice mills, each time women go to mill rice, they will put rice in the jar. Some people have a few cans, some have a few kilograms. After that, the association will collect rice at once, check poor households, lonely elderly people, and orphans to give to them.
During the meetings, members participating in the models will discuss and share how to operate and maintain the models, and mobilize members to participate in the models. In addition, they will review and agree on a list of women members with difficult circumstances to support rice. Thereby, contributing to strengthening solidarity and cohesion among women members, helping them to reduce difficulties and have more motivation to improve their lives.
To help female members escape poverty, the Women's Union of Ea Knop commune (Dak Lak province) recently presented a livelihood model to female members.

Receiving the herd of breeding pigs from the Women's Union of Ea Knop commune, Ms. H' Xuan Nie (Ede ethnic group, Ea Knop commune) could not hide her emotions and gratitude. She shared that, previously, she had access to capital to build a house, and now she was given a herd of pigs to develop the economy . Through that, it gave her more motivation to do business and stabilize her life.
Previously, when her family received support to build a solid house, she and her husband worked hard to develop their economy. By 2023, her family officially escaped poverty.
Last June, Ms. H'Xuan's husband unfortunately passed away in a traffic accident, leaving her to raise two children alone. Her life was difficult and struggling. In order to encourage her spirit and help her overcome the incident, the Ea Knop Women's Union supported this livelihood model so that she could have more conditions to develop her economy, create a stable income to avoid falling back into poverty.
Providing livelihoods to women members in difficult circumstances not only has economic value but is also a great source of spiritual encouragement, affirming the association's support for women on the path to escaping poverty, starting a business and becoming masters of their lives.
