In recent days, Thai Nguyen has experienced a historic flood, causing heavy damage in many localities. After 3 days of being submerged by floodwaters, by the morning of September 12, the water receded, hundreds of households living along the two banks of the Cau River in Thai Nguyen City returned home to overcome the consequences and stabilize their lives.
