Keep stress low
A study published in the International Journal of Yoga found that regular yoga practice improves concentration, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves overall mental health.
Regular practice of the lotus banana pose can help relax the mind and reduce stress levels.
Digestive support
By reversing gravity, this pose helps stimulate the digestive organs, helping to relieve constipation and bloating. When done correctly, it can also help relieve menstrual cramps.
Improve posture
This pose strengthens the muscles of the spine, especially the erector spinae. These muscles are essential for maintaining good posture and support other muscle groups in the arms, chest, and abdomen.

According to a study published in the International Journal of Yoga, the lotus headstand requires strength in the arms, shoulders, neck, torso, and legs. Regular practice can lead to significant improvements in overall physical strength and endurance.
