Decree 168/2024 dated December 26, 2024 of the Government takes effect from January 1, 2025. However, the decree also stipulates traffic violations, which will be penalized from January 1, 2026.

Acts of using commercial vehicles to transport preschool children, primary school students, commercial vehicles to transport combined with activities of picking up and dropping off preschool children, primary school students without age-appropriate seat belts or without age-appropriate seats.

Acts of driving a commercial vehicle transporting preschool children, elementary school students, or a commercial vehicle transporting combined with the activity of picking up and dropping off preschool children, elementary school students without age-appropriate seat belts or without age-appropriate seats according to regulations applicable to drivers of commercial vehicles transporting preschool children, students, or a commercial vehicle transporting combined with the activity of picking up and dropping off preschool children, students.
